Abandoned Pet Project - Boerne. This group is dedicated to providing funding for abandoned, abused, and homeless pets so they may receive the medical care they need and is a non-profit supporting a network of fosters, veterinarians, community outreach projects, and spay/neuter initiatives.

Alamo Heights Animal Care Services - Alamo Heights/San Antonio. TNR Program, Low-cost spay/neuter, education.

Animal Defense League - San Antonio. Feral Cat Sterialization days, trap loan program. Feral cats are accepted on a first come basis. All surgeries include a rabies vaccine and ear notch, with a fee of $35 for male cats and $50 for female cats. If you have attended SAFCC’s TNR Class, the fee to sterilize a feral cat is reduced to $20 regardless of sex. Visit site for more details.

Atascosa Animal Allies - Atascosa County. This non-profit foster-based organization enhances the quality of life for stray and surrendered Atascosa County animals by providing veterinary care, spay and neutering, rehabilitating and adoption.

Audrey’s TNR Program (Facebook page) - McAllen/Edinburg/Rio Grande areas, and Brownsville. This group provides provide TNR for those in the Rio Grande Valley and Rio Grande City. Bandera Feral Cats Volunteers - Bandera County. This group is about helping cats through learning to trap, post-op care, transporting for TNR, fundraising for cat food or supplies, fostering feral kittens, or adoption assistance.

Austin Veterinarian Clinics Hondo - Hondo. Low-cost spay/neuter. Unsure if they provide services for feral cats.

Briscoe Animal Resource Center of Uvalde (previously Humane Society of Uvalde): Uvalde. Spay/neuter voucher program for county residents based on household income (unsure if this applies to community cats). Visit their Facebook page.

San Antonio Humane Society - San Antonio. Trap loan, free TNR training classes, free or low-cost spay/neuter. There is a 10 feral cat limit Monday - Friday at SAHS 4804 Fredericksburg Rd, and same limit Tuesday - Thursday and Saturday at Brooks Spay/Neuter Clinic 8034 City Base Landing. San Antonio College Community Cats-Sacccats - San Antonio. This groups does TNR and provides care for the cats on the SAC campus.

San Antonio Pets Alive! - San Antonio. Their mission is to provide the programs and services needed to eliminate the killing of at-risk animals due to lack of space, adopter or foster.

SWTVMC Veterinary Clinic - Uvalde. Wild Cat Wednesdays Feral Cat Program. Reduced cost spay/neuter for community cats. Feral cats may be brought in with or without an appointment every Wednesday to be spayed or neutered.

The Cannoli Fund - San Antonio. This is listed on their website for 2022 so check to see if they are still doing this: “All community cats in San Antonio can be spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and ear-tipped for FREE at The City of San Antonio’s Animal Care Services (ACS). Wandering Cats - Kinney County, Brackettville. TNR Program. Visit them on Facebook!

Wayward Whiskers Cat Rescue - San Antonio. Until April 2022, they operated as a cat rescue but no longer take in cats. They established the foundation to support feral cat colonies by providing food to their caretakers.

Wilson County Cats (Facebook page) - Floresville. All volunteer group dedicated to helping feral and stray community cats.

Windcrest Animal Control - Windcrest (San Antonio). TNR Program.

Yaqui Animal Rescue - Rio Grande Valley. This is a non-profit no-kill animal shelter located in Sulivan City on the edge of the Rio Grande Valley.
