Clipped Ear Cat Sanctuary - Conroe, Montgomery County. Provides support for TNR in the form of guidance, trap loan, and volunteer assistance as available.

New Hope Cat Rescue and Sanctuary - Kennedale. This group is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes to provide shelter and care for stray, abused, and abandoned cats; to find suitable homes for the cats in its care; and to promote positive community interaction through education, spay-neuter programs (TNR), and other activities that enable people to responsibly enjoy the companionship of cats.
Paws Lives Matter Sanctuary - Located in Wills Point and also serves Rockwall, Edgewood, Canton, Quinlan, Dallas, Greenville.

Safe Haven Cat Sanctuary - Haslet. Provides for the socialization, vetting, and adoption of feral cats and kittens for placement in permanent homes. Safe in Austin - Leander. A farm sanctuary for abused, injured, and other special needs animals (including cats).
SARA Sanctuary - located between Austin and San Antonio. A farm sanctuary that includes community cats and many other animals.
Shadow Cats — Central Texas, Round Rock, Williamson County, Austin, Travis County. TNR, financial assistance, sanctuary. Also check out the organization’s One Life Fund and Community Cat Emergency Fund. The website also lists a page of helpful resources.
Stray Acres (Facebook Page) - Bertram. They indicate that they provide services to all species and support TNR, but most information on this group indicates the primary focus is on dogs.
Street Cat Rescue — Round Rock, Williamson County, Austin, Travis County. TNR, financial assistance, sanctuary.
The Cat’s Meow Rescue - Longview. Adoption, special-needs/sanctuary program. This group is comprised of local cat advocates who have come together to save cats & kittens from Northeast Texas shelters.
The Haven Animal Care Shelter - Lubbock. This no-kill, non-profit animal sanctuary is generally home to over 100 animals, primarily dogs and cats. In addition to special needs animals such as those with chronic illnesses and the elderly, The Haven ACS shelters a wide variety of adoptable dogs and cats.
Thundering Paws - Dripping Springs. TNR Volunteers, TNR Program and education, sanctuary, adoption. Offers a safe haven for cats who are homeless, neglected, injured, or abused. Trapping instruction is provided at Tractor Supply in Dripping Springs (in the west end of the parking lot) the second Saturday of each month at 10 am. Check out their trapping instructions.
Tuxedo Junction Rescue, Inc. - Austin. This group is a closed-intake sanctuary for rescued cats who, for reasons of age, health, or behavioral issues, are not considered adoptable to members of the general public. The mission of this organization is to provide sheltering, veterinary care, and loving attention.
