Aggieland Humane Society Community Pet Food Pantry - Bryan. 5359 Leonard Rd.

AniMeals/Meals on Wheels San Antonio - San Antonio. Pet food assistance, veterinary care assistance and pet care assistance.This service is for those receiving meals from Meals on Wheels San Antonio and reside in Bexar County, and for those who have dogs or cats. They are unable to provide services for other animals.

Austin Humane Society Pet Food Pantry - Austin, Travis County. “If you are currently in need of pet food please email us to set up a time to come by the shelter.” Sometimes drive-through events are scheduled.

Central Texas Food Bank - Bell County. For the most up-to-date schedule information on their Mobile Food Pantry distributions, please call their hotline at 512-684-2559.

Coastal Bend Food Bank - Corpus Christi. This nonprofit organization provides food to a network of more than 144 agency partners such as food pantries, shelters, senior centers and feeding agencies in 11 counties throughout South Texas. DaisyCares Pet Food Program at the San Antonio Food Bank - San Antonio.

Denton Animal Support Foundation Emergency Pet Food Pantry - Denton. Located at the Denton Freedom House Freedom Food Pantry with free pet food for those in need. 720 W University STE 101, Denton, TX Monday thru Thursday from 9:30am to 4pm, .Fridays from 8:30am to 2pm

DFW Humane Society Pet Food Pantry:  Pet food assistance program. They do not require any application or qualification to receive the food. If you’re facing hardship, please check with us for current supplies. You can call 972-721-7788 or visit them during business hours: Tuesday – Friday 11 PM – 6 PM, Saturday 10 AM – 5 PM. Availability is dependent on donations.

Feeding Friends Program (Friends of the Pflugerville Animal Shelter)- Pflugerville. This program provides a week's worth of food for up to three pets per household, delivered right to your door. To ensure that they can assist as many families as possible, there are a few simple criteria for eligibility: the applicant must live in Pflugerville and be 18 years of age or older, and must be willing to accept a delivery of food from a volunteer.

Fix West Texas Pet Pantry - Midland. This pantry aims to provide for pets in the Permian Basin through basic necessities like dog and cat food, litter and cooler homes for outside pets. If you have a pet in need of these supplies, you can swing by Fix West Texas. And check out their Goods for Rescues Program!

Galveston County Animal Resource Center Community Pet Food Pantry - Texas City. Individuals can visit twice per month if supplies are available. All food is donated.

Hill Country SPCA Pet Food Pantry - Fredericksburg. This program provides pet food to individuals or families in need and is not intended for those with the financial means to purchase pet food. Food is distributed based on appointments Tuesday-Saturday. If you are unable to make it on one of these days and times, please call (830)990-9085 so other arrangements can be made.

Houston Humane Society Pet Pantry - Houston. Click the link to view Pet Pantry events and to submit an application. The HHS Pet Pantry is open to any pet owner that is experiencing economic hardship and needs temporary assistance in feeding their pet(s).

Humane Society of Central Texas - Waco. Pet Supply Pantry. Thanks to their generous partners at Street Dog Cafe, the pantry is stocked and accessible during their open hours. You can stop by to pick up what you need or drop off donations — no appointment required. 406 Elm Ave. Donations accepted include Unopened bags of dry dog or cat food, Canned pet food (within expiration), Treats, and Leashes, collars, and other basic supplies.

Humane Society of El Paso - El Paso. El Paso Animal Services’ Pet Pantry allows pet owners to schedule an appointment to receive one free bag of cat or dog food while supplies last. This service is provided through a partnership with El Pasoans Fighting Hunger (EPFH). Please contact EPFH for more details.

Laredo Animal Protective Society (LAPS Shelter and Adoption Center) Community Pet Pantry - Laredo. Laredo Animal Protective Society (LAPS) and Best Friends For Life (BFFL) have partnered to offer free dog and cat food to those in need. Complete an application before going. THURSDAY - SUNDAY​, ​11 a.m. - 6 p.m.

League City Animal Care Community Pet Pantry - League City. This pantry offers free pet food and other supplies (such as collars, leashes, flea prevention, kennels/carriers or other items as available) to members of our community who need assistance. There are no income or residency requirements.

Lend-A-Heart Rescue Pet Food Pantry - Belton. (254) 624-9678.  This nonprofit organization provides a pet food pantry for those in need of pet food and also takes in abused, neglected, and homeless domestic pets as well as livestock from public or shelters.

Lifeline of Galveston County Community Pet Food Bank - Webster. Wednesday-Friday, 12pm-8pm or Saturday-Sunday, 10am-8pm at 100 E Nasa Parkway, Ste 55

Longview Animal Care and Adoption Center - Longview. This is a collaboration between Longview Community Ministries and Longview Animal Care and Adoption Center’s non-profit, PAWS (Pets Are Worth Saving). Recipients may request a bag of dog or cat food once a month.

Maverick County Food Pantry - Eagle Pass. This program provides pet food to families struggling to feed their pets, as part of their broader efforts to alleviate hunger within families. 830-752-0337. 1823 S Veterans Blvd, Eagle Pass, TX 78852

Meals Fur Pets (through Meals on Wheels East Texas) - For residents of Gregg, Harrison, Henderson, Smith, Upshur, Van Zandt, or Wood counties who already receive services from Meals on Wheels and your pet is a dog or cat.

Operation Kindness - Carrolton. This Pet Food Pantry is open Thursdays and Sundays only from 11:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. and they will give you 3 months’ worth of food: Click the link for instructions on how to apply.

Palm Valley Animal Society Pet Food Pantry (PVAS) - Edinburg. This is a Drive-Thru Pet Food Pantry. There are presently no set dates but they recommend that you stay updated on their social media platforms (visit their website for links).

Paws 4 a Cause Pet Food Pantry - Arlington. This Pet Food Pantry is committed to ensuring that no pet goes hungry. Their mission is to support pet owners in need across Arlington, Texas and surrounding DFW areas by providing essential pet food supplies. To receive pet food assistance, please visit them every Saturday in-person at their pantry located at 1040 W Sublett Rd, Suite 104, during operating hours 10:00am-2:00pm or contact them through their website. 

PAWS Program South Texas Food Bank - Serving eight South Texas counties: Webb, Zapata, Jim Hogg, Val Verde, Maverick, Kinney, Dimmit & Starr.

Permian Paws In Need - Midland. This group strives to provide a variety of dog and cat food, cat litter, and other necessities to keep area pets happy and healthy. Visit them on Facebook!

Pet Food Bank of Austin and Travis County - This is a food and supplies bank for dogs, cats, and other species in need. The Pet Food Bank also makes its supplies available for disasters and emergencies locally as well as statewide. Visit their Facebook page!

Pet Prevent A Litter (PALS) of Central Texas Pet Food Pantry – San Marcos. This pet food pantry is for those facing financial hardships feeding their animals. Distribution is generally the 3rd Saturday of each month, but please check their website calendar. Distribution is on a first-come, first-served basis.

RVG Pet Food Pantries - Includes Humane Society of Harlingen Pet Pantry (open to all RVG residents).

South Texas Food Bank PAWS Program - Laredo. On a monthly basis (depending on availability), the PAWS Hunger program will provide pet food to struggling families in the Adopt-A-Family Program and Emergency Walk-In Program which will enable them to keep their loving pets. Hours of Operation: Mon - Thu 8:00 A.M. - 4:45 P.M., Fri 8:00 A.M. - 12:45 P.M. 2121 Jefferson St. 956-726-3120.
