Vernon, Marshall, Palestine, Mt. Pleasant, New Boston, Pittsburg, Jefferson, Henderson, Mineola, Texarkana, Winnsboro, Linden, and Atlanta.
Animals of Wood County TX - Wood County. Mainly focused on finding homes for rescued animals but primarily dogs. Might be a resource for finding adopters for friendly cats and kittens or posting cats you think may be lost.
Athens Animal Rescue Shelter - Athens, Henderson County. Unsure if they can help with anything other than adoption of friendly cats and kittens. Visit their Facebook page. Email them!
BARC, The Humane Society. Palestine. Low-Cost Spay and Neuter through the Animal Protection League. Might also be a good resource for the adoption of friendly cats and kittens.
Beaumont Pets Alive - Beaumont, Winnie, Chambers County. TNR Program, Barn Cat Program. Also assists in the rescue and transport of homeless animals at Beaumont Animal Care.

City of Beaumont Animal Care - Beaumont. TNR program, Trap rental ($10 with a $90 deposit). Supposedly, you can rent a trap and call Animal Control and they will pick up the cat and release back to the same area after being spayed/neutered.
City of Jasper Animal Shelter (Facebook page)- Jasper. The website indicates that they only provide support for dogs. You can call them at this number to see if they know of anyone providing any support for TNR in the area. 409-383-2220 or animalshelter@jaspertx.org.
City of Marshall Animal Control - Marshall. Seems to be a progressive department committed to spay/neuter. Might be a good resource for TNR or volunteering to help further develop a program.
County Roads Rescue - Cherokee County. TNR Program, adoption, foster. Visit them on Facebook.
Dehart Veterinary Services - East Texas. Low-cost spay/neuter. Check here for a schedule of locations and dates. Check first to see if they are providing services for feral cats.

Humane Society of Harrison County / The Pet Place - Marshall, Harrison County. Might be a resource for ow-cost spay/neuter and adoption of friendly cats and kittens. Unsure of their support of TNR services.

Humane Society of Southeast Texas - Jefferson County, Beaumont. They do not provide any services related to community cats but may be a resource for friendly cats and kittens.
Jasper Animal Rescue - Jasper. Animal shelter. 245 South Peachtree Street, 409-384-9094. Unsure if this group is community cat friendly.
Jasper Lakes Area Humane Society Facebook page- Jasper area. They have very limited support services for cats. But perhaps it is possible to post on their Facebook page to find others who support TNR. Call this number to inquire whether they know of any local TNR resources: 409-381-8488.
Kilgore Animal Control TNR Progam - Kilgore. The City of Kilgore is in collaboration with the 3rd party Wildcatters TNR to help control the feral cat population.
Kitty Cove Rescue - Mount Pleasant. Adoption support, TNR, Rescue. They help the local shelter reduce the cat euthanasia rate by providing an alternate placement until adoption is arranged. They help cats through rescue, adoption, vetting, and TNR.
Kurth Memorial Animal Services & Adoption Center - Angelina County, Lufkin. Might be a resource for fosters and adoption of friendly cats and kittens. Also visit the Facebook page for Friends at Kurth Memorial Animal Shelter.
Little Woman Home for Animals (LWHA) - Huntsville. Sanctuary, supports TNR.
Longview Animal Care and Adoption Center - Longview. Does not support TNR but will loan out traps.
Meezer’s Mission Cat Rescue (Facebook Page)- Kountze. This is foster-based rescue dedicated to helping cats and kittens in need in Southeast Texas.
Mineola Animal Shelter - Mineola. TNR Program, barn cat program, adoption for friendly cats and kittens. Spay/neuter for feral cats dependent on donations. Visit their Facebook Page. They rely on donations.
Mission Possible Homeless Cat Foundation - Pollok (near Lufkin and Nacogdoches). Trap loan, TNR Training, and maintaining a list of low-cost spay/neuter clinics in the area that they will share. Email them at missionpossiblecats@gmail.com.
O'Malley Alley Cats (Facebook page) - Tyler. All-volunteer rescue group. Email them.
Partnership for Pets - Longview. Adoption (cats at PetCo). This is an all-volunteer, foster home-based, nonprofit dog and cat rescue organization. Contact francine.frenette@gmail.com.
Pets Fur People - Smith County, Tyler. The Humane Society's Pets Fur People is a selective admission, life-sustaining animal sanctuary. The website lists some low-cost spay/neuter options. Depending on available space, they will accept animals that are adoptable and friendly that are 8 wks to 5 years old. Perhaps posts or messaging via their Facebook page will be helpful in connecting with TNR Resources.
Rita B. Huff Humane Society of Walker County - Walker County, Huntsville. Animal shelter, unsure of any support for TNR but may be a resource for trap loan, reduced cost pay neuter, adoption of friendly cats and kittens and feral kitten fosters.
Rusk County Pets Alive! (Facebook Page) - Rusk County, Henderson. They work with animals at the Henderson Animal Center. Might be a good resource for information on area resources.
Salvation Animal Rescue - Angelina County, Lufkin & surrounding areas. Low-cost spay/neuter voucher program (S.N.I.P.S./Spay Neuter Is a Pawsitive Solution). $25 vouchers for spaying/neutering cats and dogs.
Southeast Texas TNR Network - Southeast Texas, Port Neches. Facebook page. A place for Southeast Texas community cat trappers and supporters to network, share tips, and collaborate.
Smith County Pets Alive - Tyler. At this time, this group is working to build a no-kill community. If you are in this area, find out how you can help!
SPCA of East Texas - Tyler, surrounding areas. 903.596.7722. Contacting them through the website or their Facebook Page might be helpful in identifying potential TNR support services.

Stray Cat Alliance Facebook Page - Texarkana. They are dedicated to the welfare & humane treatment of stray & feral cats.
Texarkana Animal League - Texarkana. Rescue, fostering, adoption. Volunteer-based organization that assists with our community outreach programs such as a Spay Neuter Assistance Program (SNAP), Foster Programs for cats and dogs, as well as educational and service projects.
The Cat’s Meow Rescue - Longview. Adoption, special-needs/sanctuary program. This group is comprised of local cat advocates who have come together to save cats & kittens from Northeast Texas shelters. Check out their Facebook page!

TXCAT.org - Henderson. Free or low-cost s/n, trap loan, foster program, possible trapping assistance and other supportive services.
Van Zandt County Humane Society (Facebook page) - Van Zandt County. Primarily focus is on dogs but may be a good resource for connecting with others and resources for TNR.
Wendy’s Misfits Animal Rescue - Lufkin. TNR Program. They are a volunteer-based nonprofit organization focused on helping end abandoned, abused, neglected animals and the overpopulation of cats and dogs within the County. Might be an option for assistance and adoption of friendly cats and kittens as well as TNR. Email them, visit their Facebook page, or call 936-225-0773.
Wildcatters TNR - Kilgore. TNR Program. Email them. Services are limited to only those people with feral colonies living inside the City Limits
Winnie Berry Humane Society of Angelina County - Angelina County, Lufkin. Low-cost spay/neuter program. Discounts based on income ($40,000 or less) for county residents. They will provide spay/neuter for feral cats and have one trap that can be loaned out. Visit them on Facebook.
